Rebecca found the perfect wedding dress! From Pc Marys! The vintage dress is gorgeous. With lace appliqued with pearls and beading on the bodice and hemline, it is beautiful! The short sleeves look stunning with white tulle leading down towards the wrists.
Damage to the Wedding Dress
Before Rebecca could wear the gown to her wedding, she needed it to be cleaned. There were a few vodka and orange juice stains throughout the dress. Some of the stains in the front of the dress had oxidized and there were loose beads all over. The dress in general was also slightly dirty.
A Wedding Gown Cleaning
We were able to whiten the dress, including the lace.
We were able to get the yellow stains out of the gown.
We first hand cleaned the gown using our wet process. We then used a whitening chemical to soak it and secured the loose beads. Finally we hand pressed the gown.
Rebecca was able to wear the dress on her wedding day!
The dress became perfect for Rebecca’s big day.
