A Pnina Tornai Wedding Dress
I purchased my dress from Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City. The dress is a Pnina Tornai. At the time that I was wedding dress shopping I lived in Boston. My parents and my best friend and her husband flew east and met me and my fiancee in New York. I went with my mom, my dad and my best friend to the Kleinfeld store. It was a pretty amazing experience.
Although I’ve heard the store can be crazy with the “Say Yes to the Dress” TV show, I went on a quiet Friday afternoon and had a relaxing and fun time. My dress was the first dress I tried on. I absolutely loved it! It just so happened that on the day I was there the designer, Pnina Tornai, was there for a trunk show. I got to meet her and have her do my measurements for the real thing. I even took a picture with her. I purchased the wedding dress that afternoon and never looked back.
Finally Wearing the Wedding Dress
I wore the wedding dress last January (January 18th, 2014) for my wedding at the Presidio in San Francisco. It was truly the best day ever and my dress was incredible.
Lauren was lucky to find her wedding dress on a quiet day at the location of “Say Yes to the Dress.”
