“I got my wedding dress in December 2017 at the Pronovias NYC sample sale.
I knew I wanted an all lace wedding gown with sleeves that felt timeless, but I had trouble staying at my $3k budget. After going to about 5 different bridal salons, I went to the Pronovias sample sale and found my dress!
I got married October 13, 2018 at the Ravel Hotel in Long Island City, right over the bridge of Manhattan.
Our ceremony was on the rooftop overlooking the NYC skyline. We had 125 people and had the reception also at the Ravel in their ballroom.”

Brittany’s Wedding Dress Cleaning and Preservation
Brittany’s beautiful ivory synthetic Atelier Pronovias gown with lace overlay had a severely dirty hemline.
The gown’s lace layer had a couple of dark colored stains on the train. And there were multiple tears/holes in the tulle layer of her dress.
We gave Brittany’s delicate lace gown a gentle hand cleaning and removed the bust pads (to prevent them from causing yellowing of the gown).

Our HGP team was able to restore the soiled layers of the gown to it’s original ivory color.
We also repaired the tears/holes with silk thread for minimal visibility and tightened all loose buttons. We are thrilled to have returned the dress to pristine condition!
