Kayly found the perfect vintage wedding dress! With synthetic satin and lace on the bodice, and lace cut-outs on the waist and skirt, the dress is a classic. The lace also covered eight metal buttons with three more buttons on the bustle.
When we received the decades-old gown, it had been evenly yellowed throughout the dress and the lace was especially yellow. We removed the buttons and treated them seperately from the dress. We soaked the gown in one of our safe chemicals and then hand pressed the gown.
Kayly was able to wear the dress for her May wedding.
We were able to get the yellow stains out.
